About me:
Deep system restart. I'll help you understand the unconscious and find answers within yourself.
Clinical psychologist, analytically-oriented psychologist (UJA/IAAP), certified business and team coach (ICF). My practice is based on C.G. Jung's depth psychology combined with ancient practices — breathing, meditation, consciousness work. I work with dreams, shadow, archetypes and complexes, helping to find answers to the deepest questions about yourself.

After working with me, you will:

Hear the voice of the unconscious and find answers within yourself

Decode the language of dreams — symbols, archetypes, messages from the psyche

Unlock access to instinctive and creative energies

Face your fears and restore inner balance

Withdraw projections and see people as they truly are

Continue the path of individuation — towards wholeness and the Self
Areas I work with:
A dream is a symbol that indicates something important. Understanding dreams becomes a powerful tool for consciousness growth. We work with archetypes, recurring images and hidden messages from the unconscious. Amplification method — decoding symbols through mythology, folklore and symbology.
A panic state is the 'realm of Pan', where the unconscious breaks through to the surface with physical symptoms: shortness of breath, tachycardia, sense of threat. Neurosis is often a primitive defense against unbearable fear. Overcoming anxiety means consciously experiencing what was hidden in the unconscious — looking reality straight in the eye and restoring inner balance.
The shadow consists of repressed desires, base motives, childhood fantasies — everything our Ego isn't proud of. These unacknowledged qualities are projected onto others. 'We always see our own unacknowledged mistakes in our opponent.' Confrontation with the shadow is the first thing necessary in psychotherapy. The goal is not to destroy the shadow, but to come to terms with it.
The midlife crisis is a fundamental shift in attitude: from Ego identity to Self identity. Three stages of transformation: irreversible loss of the past (dreams, illusions must be mourned), a period of 'suspension' and uncertainty, and finally — the birth of a new identity. A positive crisis outcome opens perspectives for creative potential and wisdom.

"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." — C.G. Jung

Q&A
What is Jungian analysis?
Jungian analysis is depth psychotherapy based on Carl Gustav Jung's work. Between patient and analyst exists a 'two-way street' — mutual transformation in the process of analysis. The unconscious is viewed as a collection of archetypes — a living system of reactions and dispositions that invisibly determines individual life. The goal of analysis is individuation: expanding consciousness, integrating shadow aspects, accessing creative energies. Even the most 'neurotic' symptom may contain, as Jung said, 'genuine gold that we would never have found elsewhere'.
What is your education and qualification?
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology (2023). Analytically-oriented psychologist, certified by the Ukrainian Jungian Association (UJA/IAAP). Certified business and team coach (ICF). Over 400 hours of specialized training in depth psychology, dream work and symbols, shadow aspects of personality.
What do you work with most often?
Dream and symbol analysis — understanding dreams as a powerful tool for consciousness growth. Anxiety and panic attacks. Shadow work — it consists of repressed desires, unacknowledged personality traits that are often projected onto others. Confrontation of consciousness with the shadow is the first thing necessary in full psychotherapy. Existential crises, professional burnout, search for meaning, business consulting.
How does a consultation work?
Consultations are held online via Zoom (45-90 min depending on type). We work with your request, dreams, symbols and images from the unconscious. The amplification method is used — clarifying images in dreams using associations and data from symbology, mythology, folklore. Jung considered amplification the basis of his synthetic method.
How many consultations are needed?
The individuation process — a special type of psychological development — includes periods of slow maturation, but also sharp turns and spurts. For a one-time question, 1-3 meetings are sufficient. For deep work with the unconscious, integration of shadow and complexes, regular therapy over several months is recommended. Duration depends on the depth of request and readiness for inner work.
What is the consultation cost?
Initial consultation (45 min) — €100. Follow-up consultation (45 min) — €150. 3 consultation package — €400 (save €50). 5 consultation package — €600 (save €150). Business consultation (90 min) — €425.
