Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer of Sole Proprietor Hanna Tkachenko (Ukraine; Taxpayer ID / RNOKPP: 3084500361), operating under the Anna Bulat brand. By paying for services, you accept these terms.

2. Services

We provide psychological counseling and coaching services:

• Initial consultation (45 min) — €100
• Follow-up consultation (45 min) — €150
• 3 consultation package — €400
• 5 consultation package — €600
• Business consultation (90 min) — €425

Consultations are conducted online via Zoom or other agreed platforms.

3. Important Disclaimer

Psychological consultation is not medical care. A psychologist is not a doctor and does not make diagnoses. If you have serious mental disorders, suicidal thoughts, or need medical help — contact a psychiatrist or call emergency services.

Consultation is support, self-exploration and work with psychological difficulties within the psychologist's competence.

Services are provided to persons 18 years of age and older. For minors — with parental consent.

4. Booking and Payment

Consultation booking is done through the booking website or in person. Payment is accepted:

• Online via WayForPay (Visa/Mastercard)
• Bank transfer
• Other methods by prior arrangement

Payment is made before the consultation starts.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Here are our rules:

Cancellation 24+ hours before consultation:

• Full refund or rescheduling to a convenient time

Cancellation less than 24 hours:

• Rescheduling to another time within 2 weeks
• If rescheduling is not possible — no refund

Force majeure (illness, emergency circumstances):

• We always accommodate. Write to us, and we'll find a solution
• If you're sick — just let us know, and we'll reschedule without penalties

No-show without notice:

• The consultation is considered completed, no refund

If the psychologist cancels the consultation — full refund or rescheduling to a time convenient for you.

6. Confidentiality

Everything discussed in consultation is confidential. More details in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All site materials (texts, images, courses, PDF files) are the property of Sole Proprietor Hanna Tkachenko, operating under the Anna Bulat brand. Use without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

Work results depend on many factors, including your involvement. We do not guarantee specific results, but do our best for your progress.

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Terms Changes

We may update these terms. For already paid services, the terms at the time of payment apply.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and in case of disagreement — in Ukrainian courts.
